Overview of Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Chlorzoxazone Tablets:
NISMOL-MR Tablets contains Aceclofenac 100mg + Paracetamol 325mg + Chlorzoxazone 250mg.
Aceclofenac decreases pain, reduce disease severity and improves functional capacity. It inhibits various mediators of pain and inlammation. Paracetamol is useful in provoding analgesic drugs. Chlorzoxazone a benzoxazolone derivatives used relieve pain.

Aceclofenac– NSAID
Paracetamol– Analgesic and antipyretic
Chlorzoxazone– Centrally acting muscle relaxant
NISMOL-MR Tablets can be used in the treatment of the following conditions:
- Low back pain
- Acute muscle spasm
- Muscle spasms associated with spondylosis
- Muscular cramping
- Osteoarthritis flare-up
- Traumatic injury
- Fibromyalgia
One NISMOL-MR Tablet 2-3 times a day or as directed by Physician.
Aceclofenac excerts stimulatory effects on cartilage matrix synthesis. It inhibits various mediators of pain and inflammation. Aceclofenac stimulates glycosaminoglycan sysnthesis in human osteoarthritis cartilage. Paracetamol show analgesic and antipyretic action by inhibition of prostaglandin sysnthesis. Chloroxazone muscle relaxant works by blocking nerve impulses (or pain sensations) that are sent to your brain. It inhibits degranulation of mast cells, subsequently preventing the release of histamine and slow-reacting substance of anaphylaxis (SRS-A), mediators of type I allergic reactions. It may also reduce the release of inflammatory leukotrienes. Chlorzoxazone may act by inhibiting calcium influx.
