Overview of Trypsin + Bromelain + Rutoside Trihydrate Tablets:
OBETRA Tablets contains Trypsin, Bromelain, Rutoside Trihydrate. It is a synergistic combination, safe and does not cause side-effects. It has promising role in relieving inflammation and promoting healing.
NISMOL-TH Tablets can be used in the treatment of the following conditions:
- Post-operative pain, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica.
- Painful spasm associated with lower back pain, degenerative vertebral disorders, dorsal pain, torticollis, traumatological and neurological disorders.
- Pain associated with ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
One NISMOL-TH Tablet twice daily or as directed by Physician.
Aceclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) activity and to suppress the PGE2 production by inflammatory cells, by inhibiting IL-Beta & TNF in the inflammatory cells (Intracellular Action). It act by decreasing the prostaglandin in the body.
The mode of action of Thiocolchicoside includes modulation of chemokine and prostanoid production and inhibition of neutrophil and endothelial cell adhesion molecules by which it interferes with the initiation and amplification of the joint inflammation.
