Fenora-XT-O3 Kit

(Ferrous Ascorbate, Folic Acid Tablets & Omega-3 Fatty acid Capsules)

Overview:

FENORA-XT-O3 is an Iron, Folic Acid and Omega 3 Fatty Acid supplement. Iron for pregnancy and health is absolutely essential. World’s most widely recognized reference iron is Ferrous Ascorbate. Folic acid helps in the production of Red Blood Cells (RBCs). Folic acid decreases the occurrence and recurrence of neural tube defects (NTDs).
Pregnant women likely have an increased need for essential omega-3 fatty acids compared with women who are not pregnant.DHA is particularly important for fetal development of the brain and retina during the third trimester and up to 18 months of life.
Omega-3 benefits in neurological development of baby and helps in the development of baby’s cardiac and respiratory systems, brain and visual centers. It supports the pregnancy health of the mother, possibly reducing chances of toxemia (or pre-eclampsia). It may also help prevent pre-term labor and premature delivery.

Ferrous Ascorbate & Folic Acid, a synthetic form of iron and vitamin C.
FENORA-XT-O3 Kit can be used in following conditions:
Pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy and post-pregnancy, menorrhagia and menstrual pain, heavy blood loss, menopausal syndromes, treatment of iron deficit complications.
One FENORA-XT-O3 Ferrous Ascorbate and Folic Acid Tablet along with one FENORA-XT-O3 Omega-3 Capsule daily.
Folate acts as a cofactor for enzymes involved in DNA and RNA biosynthesis. Folate is also involved in the supply of methyl groups to the so-called methylation cycle, which uses methionine and makes homocysteine. The folate cofactor, N5-methyltetrahydrofolate, donates its methyl group to a vitamin B12-dependent enzyme, methionine synthase, which recycles homocysteine back to methionine. The cell’s ability to methylate important compounds such as proteins, lipids and myelin will be compromised by deficiency of folate or vitamin B12, resulting in impaired cellular function. Interruption of DNA biosynthesis or methylation reactions could prevent the proper closure of the neural tube. Such inhibition could be caused by simple deficiency of either Folic Acid or vitamin B12.
Also a high amount of omega-3 fatty acids need to be consumed to affect gestation and fetal weight.
