Overview of Tramadol + Paracetmol Tablets:

TRANY-P Tablets contain Tramadol and Paracetamol. The rapid reaction time of Paracetamol is combined with the long-term effect of the tramadol hydrochloride. The combination provide comparable analgesic efficacy with a better safety profile than monotherapy.


Tramadol belongs to a class of anisoles and it is a centrally acting opoid analgesic. Paracetamol has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect.

One TRANY-P Tablet 2-3 times a day for a duration depending on the severity of pain or as directed by Physician.


TRANY-P Tablets can be used in the treatment of the following conditions:

  • Moderate to severe pain.
  • Acute postoperative dental pain, fibromyalgia pain, low back pain, migraine pain, rheumatoid arthritis pain, post-operative pain, orthopedic surgery, or acute flare of osteoarthritis.


Tramadol acts as an analgesic by acting as weak agonist of u-opoid receptor, causes inhibition of serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake. Tramadol has two different mechanism, firstly, it binds to opoid receptor and secondly, inhibits the reuptake of serotonin and nonepinephrine. Paracetamol is a weak inhibitor of PG synthesis of COX-1 and COX-2 in broken cell systems.
