Overview of Tramadol Injection:

TRANY Injection contains Tramadol. Tramadol is a centrally acting analgesic, used to relieve moderate to moderately severe pain.




Tramadol belongs to a class of anisoles and it is a centrally acting opioid analgesic.

One TRANY Injection one or two times a day for a duration depending on the severity of pain, or as directed by Physician.

TRANY Injection can be used in the treatment of the following conditions:

  • Mild-Severe pain
  • Acute post-operative pain
  • Management of pain in fibromyalgia

It acts as an analgesic by acting as weak agonist of u-opoid receptor, causes inhibition of serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake. Tramadol has two different mechanisms, firstly, it binds to opoid receptor and secondly, inhibits the reuptake of serotonin and nonepinephrine.
