Overview of Etoricoxib Tablets:
ETONIS-90 Tablets contain Etoricoxib. Etoricoxib is one of the group of COX-2 selective inhibitor. It acts as an anti-inflammatory. COX-2 is involved in the production of irritant substances in the body in response to disease and injury. By blocking the action of COX-2, Etoricoxib reduces the symptoms of pain and inflammation.
Etoricoxib belongs to the class of NSAIDs.
ETONIS-90 Tablets can be used in the treatment of the following conditions:
- Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout attacks
- Ankylosing spondylitis
- Lower back pain and various types of acute pain
- Post operative pain in adults
One ETONIS-90 Tablet once daily or as directed by Physician.
Etoricoxib works to relieve pain and inflammation by blocking an enzyme cyclo-oxygenase-2 (COX-2).
