TRIGNERV
(Pregabalin 75 mg + Mecobalamin 750 mcg Capsules)
Overview:
TRIGNERV CAPSULE contains-
Methylcobalamin provides the neuronal activity of Vitamin B12 during the conversion of homocysteine (HCY) into methionine. An important methyl donor, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) is synthesized from Methionine. Pregabalin is a structural analogue of the neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).

Methylcobalamin is a cobalamin an active form of Vitamin B12.
Pregabalin is a potent gabapentinoid and structural analogue of the neurotransmitter GABA. It is a ion channel modulator that has rapid analgesic, anticonvulsant, and anxiolytic effects.

- Sciatica and other conditions.
One TRIGNERV Capsule daily or as directed by Physician.
Methylcobalamin or Vitamin B12 is involved in several metabolism such as DNA synthesis and regulation, fatty acid synthesis, and energy production. Coenzyme of methionine synthase, required for the formation of methionine from homocysteine in the methylation cycle which involves methylation of DNA or proteins. Compared with other analogue Methylcobalamin is the most effective one in being uptaken by subcellular organelles of neurons.
Pregabalin may reduce excitatory neurotransmitter release by binding to the α2-δ protein subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels.
