Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI) + Prokinetic Agent
GERD & Acid Reflux: 1 tablet once daily, 30 minutes before a meal
Dyspepsia & Indigestion: 1 tablet once daily
Severe GERD or Refractory Cases: 1 tablet twice daily as per doctor’s advice

Esomeprazole: Suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the proton pump (H⁺/K⁺ ATPase enzyme) in stomach lining, reducing acid production.
Domperidone: Increases gastric motility, speeds up stomach emptying, and prevents nausea & bloating by blocking dopamine receptors in the gut.
