Overview:

Bromfenac 0.09% w/v a powerful nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that effectively reduces pain and inflammation following eye surgery. It works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, which mediate the inflammatory response reducing post-operative inflammation. Clinical trials in J Ocul Pharmacol Ther (2020) showed a 64% reduction in ocular pain post-surgery.

Brosur can be used in the treatment of the following conditions:

Post-operative inflammation in cataract surgery
Cystoid macular edema prevention
Non-infectious anterior uveitis
Pain and photophobia following corneal procedures

Inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, blocking prostaglandin synthesis, thereby reducing pain, inflammation, and vascular permeability in ocular tissues.
