Contromax MK can be used in the treatment of the following conditions:
Post-operative ocular inflammation and infection prophylaxis
Moderate-to-severe bacterial conjunctivitis with inflammatory response
Pain and photophobia associated with ocular surgery
Corneal abrasions with secondary bacterial infection
Moxifloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, disrupting bacterial DNA replication, while Ketorolac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis and ocular inflammation.
