Overview:
Nispred (Methylprednisolone) is a potent corticosteroid used to treat a wide range of inflammatory, allergic, and autoimmune conditions. It helps reduce inflammation, suppress overactive immune responses, and provide rapid symptom relief in conditions such as arthritis, asthma, severe allergies, and skin disorders.

Methylprednisolone binds to glucocorticoid receptors, modulating gene expression to suppress inflammation and immune response. It inhibits pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α) and stabilizes lysosomal membranes, preventing tissue damage. Additionally, it suppresses the HPA axis, reducing cortisol production and controlling autoimmune, allergic, and inflammatory conditions effectively.
