Overview:
PROZY soft gelatin capsule contains-
Progesterone induces ‘secretory’ changes in the endometrium, further enhanced by its immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties. To achieve successful implantation, it modulates PIBF, NK cells, and HOXA 10 genes positively.

Natural micronized progesterone belongs to progestin’s class.
  • Recurring miscarriage .
  • Hormonal imbalance and Menstrual cycle irregular through Dysovulation (Anovulation).
  • Hormonal replacement therapy.
  • Menopause (in addition to estrogenic treatment) reduces the risk of endometrial hyperplasia (thickening of endometrium) and carcinoma(cancer in skin and or tissue ).
  • Secondary amenorrhea (absence of menstrual cycles)

Progesterone increases allopregnanolone’s half-life, with the metabolites showing indirect stimulatory effects on progesterone receptors.
Micronization decreases particle size and enhances the dissolution of progesterone
