Pantoprazole as proton pump inhibitor decreases the amount of acid produced in stomach . Bioavailability is 77% when taken orally. Domperidone is an anti-emetic.

Pantonis DSR can be used for the treatment of following conditions:
- Dyspepsia
- Heartburn
- Epigastric pain
1 Capsule daily
Pantoprazole binds to this proton pump in stomach cells, preventing the release of acid.
Domperidone acts as a gastrointestinal emptying (delayed) adjunct and peristaltic stimulant. Lowers the sphincter pressure.
